Course:- This is a closed fixed length group that will meet for eight sessions to explore the current research on Healthy ageing, through studies of the Blue Zone populations and Irish Longitudinal study on ageing.
Focusing on the factors that increase our healthy life expectancy, considering positive changes in our lives by examining the four main areas – Movement, Diet, Social connection and Purpose.
There will be a sharing of relevant resources of books, podcasts and television series, to individually explore as well as demonstrations of practical strategies within some sessions.
